The reason being that you hear the Home Inspector say it’s a concern and you begin to panic. But slow down and don’t be confused. Remember, a Home Inspector is only here to help you. Their only purpose is to make sure you have everything you need and are aware of any and all issues regarding your potential purchase. A few things that can throw us off and stress us out before a deal is closed can be anything from the soil level around the foundation, to outlets not being up to code. Either way, these repairs are easily fixed. Don’t worry if an inspector tells you to get your HVAC serviced, either. This is a common issue and again, easily remedied. So don’t panic.

Your home inspector will be doing their best to get you as well informed as possible when it comes to the condition of your home.
